At Z1 Telecom we have a unique attitude to the maintenance of your telephone system. When you take out a maintenance agreement for your telephone system with Z1 Telecom we will help with any issues you may have over the phone in the first instance. If your problem hasn’t been resolved and we need to go to your premises we will not charge you for this visit which sets Z1 Telecom apart from other telecoms companies. We have set new standards in the Telephone System Maintenance industry and we are proud of this fact.

Traditionally if a problem couldn’t be resolved and an engineer was required  this would have imposed a hefty visit charge.
